1. Application
Used for 60-200kg electronic platform scale’s automatic verification.
2. Function
The automatic verification device for electronic platform scales uses a combination of superimposed weights as a
standard. The weights are automatically, steadily and accurately applied to the under-test electronic scale
according to the pre-set loading sequence through the weight loading mechanism, and the test indication results
are read through image recognition technology. The calibration device can automatically complete the test of all
performance calibration items according to the calibration method in the calibration procedure of JJG539-2016
“Digital Indicating Scales”. The calibration items include (zero accuracy, eccentric load, weighing, repeatability,
discrimination threshold)
3. Configuration and parameters
The automatic verification device of electronic platform scale is mainly composed of frame, weight moving
mechanism, weight loading mechanism (including discriminating valve weight loading), weight (including
discriminating valve weight), loading positioning mechanism, image recognition system and control system.
1) mobile and load mechanism
- The moving mechanism moves the loading weight to the corresponding position above each detection table
according to the working condition.
- The weight loading mechanism loads the weight smoothly and accurately onto the electronic scale’s platform.
- The loading mechanism is equipped with a weighing sensor, which can monitor the weight of the main weight
string in real time, and can realize the automatic height measurement of the electronic scale, so as to meet the
verification requirements of different specifications of electronic scales.
2) the system software
the software will be effected according to the automatic,semi-automatic and manual operation way; Can
automatically calculate, process, save and output reports. Can be selected for individual project detection, flexible
application, easy to operate.
3) image recognition system
the equipment is equipped with high-precision multi-function camera, can realize automatic acquisition electronic
platform scale detection data, transmitted to the computer.
